Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Lauren Dixon Art. Each print and painting is created and handled with care. Because 10% of all proceeds go to charity and many artworks are made to order, we kindly ask that you read our refund and returns policy carefully before making your purchase.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Please choose your artwork thoughtfully. Due to the charitable component of each purchase and the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Colour or size preferences after purchase

  • Delivery delays once the parcel is in the hands of the shipping provider

🎯 Buyers Must Confirm Their Choice

We encourage all customers to be 100% certain of their final selection before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing, framing, finishes, or colours, please get in touch before purchasing — we’re happy to help clarify anything.

⚠️ Returns Accepted Only for Faulty or Damaged Items

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the rare event of:

  • A printing defect

  • Significant damage in transit

In most cases, prints are reviewed personally by Lauren before dispatch. However, for orders being shipped to the Eastern States, prints may be sent directly from our professional printer to avoid unnecessary delays. Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

🕐 48-Hour Reporting Window

If your item arrives with a defect or has been damaged in transit, you must:

  1. Contact us at laurendixonart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect

  3. Retain all original packaging for review by the carrier if needed

Please note: We cannot accept any claims made after the 48-hour window has passed. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

🔁 Approved Returns

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged (where possible), or a full refund will be issued for the faulty item

  • We may ask you to return the item before issuing a replacement/refund

  • Return shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by us
